Public Information - is any information that is made available to other members via your listings including, but not limited to: name, phone number, email address, physical addresses, etc.

Control Of Your Information

We require that no members enter any personal or financial information into the "public information" areas of their property listings.

Any information entered into a listing on the Site by a user is then considered "public information."

You are responsible for your Site password and we urge you to keep it in a safe place. You are responsible for the activities of any user who has accessed the Site using your password. If you feel that your password has been compromised, please change it immediately.

Third Party Websites

We may place links on the Site to other third party websites that are not under our control and whose information collection and privacy policies may differ from ours. We suggest that you review the privacy policies of these sites before disclosing information to them and remind you that we cannot be responsible for the activities of these other sites.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect from you for the purposes of operating the Site and providing you with the services you have requested. We will not sell or give your personal information to any third parties without your written permission except under the following conditions:

The Site uses a variety of security measures and procedures to ensure that your personal information remains secure, confidential, and unaltered. We use industry standards to prevent unauthorized access to all Site data from inside and outside the company. However, with the rapid development of and changes in internet technology, there is no such thing as "perfect internet security."

Notice of Change

We may change this policy at time based on your feedback or updates to our data collection policies and procedures. Policy changes will take effect after we have notified our members of such changes via email with at least (30) days notice. The 30 days notification period is offered in order to give you time to notify us that you do not agree with the stated changes.
