What is Friendly Rent?

Friendly Rent is a searchable online database of properties available for rent. Our number one goal is to facilitate the process of renting a home for property managers, property owners and potential renters across the nation.

Please note that Friendly Rent is a directory and only facilitates the exchange of information between property owners/managers and potential renters. We are not directly involved in the renting of any property.

What types of properties are listed on Friendly Rent?

Friendly Rent lists houses for rent, homes for rent, single family homes, multi family homes, condos, lofts, apartments, town-homes, and cabins for rent.

Is Friendly Rent nationwide?

Friendly Rent is designed to cater to the entire United States. However, since we are still relatively new, there may be some cities/states that have less listings than others. But don't worry! New listings are being added every day, so check back often!

How are the rental property listings on Friendly Rent ranked?

Property listings on Friendly Rent are first ranked by number of photos; listings with more photos will be ranked above those with fewer photos. After that, bolded listings get ranked above basic listings. Finally, the listings are ranked by signup date, so newer listings will appear above older ones.

The more premium services you add to your property listings, the better you will be ranked in search results!
